The uppers on the Pompous Shoes from Carlos by Carlos are constructed from a crackle-finished patent leather or fabric (depending on the color), and a complementary color scheme is carried partway down the outside of the front sole. An elasticizied strap across the instep offers a snug, comfortable fit, while the open toes show off her pedicure to maximum effect.

That comfortable fit is enhanced by the lightly cushioned insole and smooth lining on the inside, as well as the 3/4" platform in front, which balances the 4" tapered heel in the back. A flat sole with traction tread in the front provides stability. Available in three dramatic color combinations.
